Carol is always very accommodating, even if we call close to the date. We have a consistent sitter who comes every time and knows our dog and his routine. He had surgery 4 days before we left and he looked great when we returned – he had been well cared for. He clearly knew the routine and spryly trotted out the door for his walks once we returned. We have used Carol and her staff for approximately 10 years. Carol will lay out your requests in a very detailed plan so as to provide you with the best service necessary. If mail or plant care, etc. is needed be sure to ask about that. They have been such a blessing to our family. Our pets are very special to us and we leave home knowing that they will be well taken care of until our return! Kathy is our usual sitter and our pets just love her. We lost our dog a year ago and both Kathy and Carol couldn’t have been more supportive both emotionally and physically while our little girl was sick and needed meds, etc. We have since adopted another dog who came with huge social issues, very scared of everything that moves! Kathy had no problem coming in to meet and interact with him. The little guy was very accepting of her and has done great! Our sitter is Brijin and she is simply fantastic, completely reliable and loves our pets like they were her own. The is nothing like peace of mind when you have to go away, short term or long term, and are able to leave your pets where they are most comfortable – your own home. We have a bad habit of waiting until the last minute to schedule appointments, and still Carol and Brijin come through for us every time. At one time we had 4 dogs, a cat and a pet pig. Brijin handled them all without a single problem. She always leaves us a great note so that when we return, we know if everyone was happy or if someone may need attention. If anyone needed meds or special care, there was never a problem. I have never written on online review before, but I didn’t hesitate one second when I saw this opportunity to talk about the great service that Carol and her sitters provide. Fantastic!!!
